Covid-19 Health Advisory

If you have plans to visit we encourage you to please follow guidelines to ensure you have a safe visit. Following is a wide-range of official information regarding COVID-19 guidelines, restrictions, resources, updates and a special Social Distancing Summary provided by the WA State Dept. of Emergency about which activities are allowed and not allowed. At this time, most hotels are open and visitors are welcome to enjoy Kitsap public trails, parks, and even golf courses.

Official Recommended Health Care Action Steps

  • Wash hands often with soap and water.
  • Use alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
  • Wash hands after coughing or sneezing. Cough or sneeze into the elbow or into a tissue.
  • Throw away tissue immediately after use and wash hands.
  • Wash hands when caring for the sick: before: during and after food preparation: before eating, after using the toilet, when hands are visibly dirty, and after handling animals or waste.
  • Practice social distancing. Stay 3 or more feet away from people who are coughing or sneezing.
  • Avoid touching your face, nose, mouth or eyes.  Do not spit in public.
  • Frequently clean and disinfect surfaces.
  • Please stay home if you have any symptoms of illness.
