The Olympic Peninsula, our neighbor to the west, shares the shores of Hood Canal with the Kitsap Peninsula and is easy to tour with Kitsap as a home base.

Access the Olympic Peninsula by way of the Hood Canal Bridge at the north end of the Kitsap Peninsula, or drive south through Belfair and take HWY 106 to HWY 101 and up the west side of Hood Canal.

Check out the drives and itineraries to the left for suggested tours that include the Olympic Peninsula as well as Victoria, BC, Canada. Both are easy day trips.
