Bremerton
, the largest city on the Kitsap Peninsula is surrounded by miles of shoreline and home of Naval Base Kitsap and historic Naval Museum, Memorial Fountain Park and popular USS Turner Joy.  

The Kitsap Conference Center is also located in Bremerton and is the center of the and expansive Harborside District filled with stunning fountains, waterfront boardwalk, restaurants, art galleries, and shops. The Bremerton Harborside Marina is accessible to visitors and weekday and weekend boaters.

Bremerton has several museums, many within walking distance of the ferries.

The city's parks are a source of community pride, offering visitors excellent picnic grounds, ball fields and one of the nation's premier golf courses, the challenging 36-hole Gold Mountain Golf Course.
