BAINBRIDGE ISLAND WINTER STUDIO TOUR – 25th ANNIVERSARY

The 3-day Winter Studio Tour on Bainbridge Island takes place from December 5 to 7, and marks the 25th Anniversary for the Studio Tour. Sixty-nine artists will be on hand to share their artwork and creative vision with you. The self-guided art tour is located in five studios and four historic Bainbridge community halls, and there is no admission fee.
The Winter Tour is always a popular event, complete with festive holiday lights and décor, cookies and hot cider, and some strolling carolers. Check out the great selection of art and talk to the artists. Be sure to visit the artist’s studios to see some works in progress, equipment, tools, and perhaps some inspiration mixed in with a little sawdust. The studios are open 10am to 6pm all three days.
To celebrate their 25th Anniversary, each of the studios will be giving away a basket full of art and treats from the Studio Tour artists. Just sign the guest books to enter the drawings, which will take place after the Tour.
This year’s event features a wide selection of artistic mediums, including ceramics, jewelry, fairy art, oils, fiber art, photography, mosaics, metal work, glass art, wood, and whimsical items. Bring a friend and spend the day. You’re sure to find some gems!
