From hundreds of nominated projects, The City of Bremerton’s Harborside Park has been chosen as a Building of America project and will be featured in the upcoming Real Estate & Construction Review-2009 Northwest Edition. Each Building of America project is highlighted in a case study that intertwines the words of the project’s owner/developer, consultants, architects and contractors to explain how the teams worked together to design and build one of the region’s most important, innovative or unique new construction or renovation projects.
The Real Estate & Construction Review has been published by Construction Communications since 1997. Each edition is published annually and features the region’s top projects as determined by our editorial board. The publication is read and referenced by leaders within the region’s local governments, economic development groups, financial institutions, owners, architects and contractors. Each edition will also be available online at www.constructionreviews.com. The website, accessed by industry leaders and decision makers throughout the country, combines more than 30,000 links and millions of searches each year. In February 2008 the company will begin a massive public relations campaign utilizing PR Newswire. The campaign is designed to bring millions of new viewers to the website.
We want to be sure that interviews will be available from the owner/developer, architects, construction managers and/or general contractors for The City of Bremerton’s Harborside Park project. The writer assigned to this case study will be in contact with your organization within the next few months. If you have any questions or comments, feel free to contact Julie Zulch any time at 248-945-4700 ext. 115 or jzulch@constructionreviews.com. We look forward to working with you.
