"MAKE A RAIN BARREL"

DATES: Saturday, May 17, 2008

NAME OF EVENT: "MAKE A RAIN BARREL" Workshop

TIMES: 10 am – Noon

LOCATION: Stillwaters Environmental Center (26059 Barber Cut Off Road; Kingston)

DESCRIPTION: Learn to create your own rain barrels for water conservation. These are great items for watering the garden with your roof runoff. Also learn the best ways to install your rain barrel and how to make the best use of it. Our instructor is Debbie Thomas from Kitsap County PUD. Only $45 for the fun class, which includes materials for one barrel that you will produce in class. The class will produce additional barrels, and they can be purchased by participants at $40 per barrel during the class. Please pre-register.

COST: $45. Includes materials, snacks & information on water conservation.
