Mor Mor April Wine Dinner

Sake Dinner 2008
APRIL 10TH 6PM
$85 per person
It has finally happened; the long awaited Sakè Dinner is here! In true MorMor Fashion we are testing the boundaries of our cutting boards and glassware by offering up some unique and classic flavors that span the culinary globe! Over the last 4 years we have taken our monthly wine dinners to far corners of the globe, but one region has eluded us - "Until Now"! We are happy to present our first ever Sake Dinner complete with guest chef and dear friend, David Padberg. David is a dear friend of ours and comes to us from Portland Oregon where David and I were on the opening team of the notorious ClarkLewis restaurant. David is now the Chef of the James Beard nominated Park Kitchen and carries with him an impressive resume that has his training spanning oceans and working under some of the countries most respected chefs. David has recently found a passion for the cuisine and culture of Japan and has made several trips to feed his hunger for first hand knowledge in the Land of the Rising Sun. We are honored to have such a talent in the kitchen at MorMor!
